Your mission
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Community Management Intern (40 hrs/week) or Working Student (up to 20 hrs/week during the semester) to support our vibrant game and player communities. This position in Berlin, Germany, is available immediately.
Your profile
- Passionate about manga, anime, and pop-culture fandoms, with a strong understanding of how these communities interact online.
- First experiences in Community Management, the gaming industry, or comparable fields are a plus, but a strong eagerness to learn is just as important.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French or German (native level preferred).
- Familiarity with various online/mobile game genres (especially role-playing, FPS/Action, and sports) and an active affinity for platforms like Discord, TikTok, Twitch, and Instagram.
- Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional working environment.
- Currently enrolled in a university program (mandatory internships are highly welcome).
- Understanding of cultural trends and community etiquette for the English and French or German-speaking landscapes.
- Additional language skills (especially Korean) are a big plus.
