Production Intern & Working Student - Video Content & Live Streaming (m/w/x)

We are looking for a motivated Production Intern or Working Student to join our Content Production team and support the creation of live streams, esports tournaments and video content for our games, particularly Summoners War. 

This is a full-time or part-time internship based in Berlin, Germany. You will work closely with our production and content teams and gain practical experience in live broadcasting, studio production and gaming content creation.

• You will support the Production team in preparing and running live streams, esports tournaments, video and other online and offline productions.

• You will assist with setting up and operating cameras, microphones, lighting, streaming computers and other equipment in or outside of our studio. 

• You will help prepare our studio and filming sets for video shoots, interviews, livestreams, and creator productions.

• You will help prepare streaming software, broadcast scenes, overlays, video feeds, and other visual assets.

• You will support the recording and basic editing of video content for YouTube, TikTok, and other social media platforms.

• You will help organize and maintain production equipment and keep track of technical requirements for upcoming projects.

• You will work closely with the Content, Design, Events, and Community Management teams in Berlin, as well as with creators, casters, and international teams.

• You will have opportunities to suggest new ideas and improvements for production and content creation.

• Depending on the production schedule, you may occasionally support tournaments or events taking place during evenings or weekends.

• You are currently studying or have recently completed studies or vocational training in Media Production, Film, Broadcasting, Event Technology, Audiovisual Media, or a related field.

• You have a strong interest in video production, livestreaming, esports, gaming, or digital content.

• You have some basic experience with cameras, microphones, lighting, streaming equipment, or video production software.

• Familiarity with tools such as OBS Studio, vMix, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software is a plus.

• You are comfortable working with technical equipment and interested in learning new production tools and workflows.

• You are organized, reliable, and able to stay focused during live productions.

• You have good attention to detail and a practical, solution-oriented approach.

• You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

• You have strong communication skills in English. German or French language skills are a plus.

• An interest in Summoners War and other mobile or competitive games is highly appreciated.

• You are based in Berlin or able to work regularly from our Berlin office, as this is a hands-on production role.

• Hands-on experience from day one in livestreaming, esports, studio production, and video content creation.
